Credit-Based Products (One-Time Purchases)

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Technical Issues: Our service fails to process your images due to technical problems on our end
  • Service Unavailability: The service was unavailable for an extended period after your purchase
  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI processing results (as results vary based on input image quality)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use credits before expiration

Subscription Products

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until your subscription expires

Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund available if no credits have been used
  • After 24 hours: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Unused Credits: Subscription credits do not carry over and are non-refundable
